Who we are

Shaun has been a bike repair mechanic for nearly a decade, working on high value, impressive bicycles and finding clean, personalised solutions to problems. He’s a Level 2 Cytech mechanic and has worked at Evans, Cycles UK and Balfe’s Bikes, amongst others.

Andi is a writer and marketing whizz, so she’s just helping with the paperwork (and promotion, and workshops and events…)

The goal was to build a business that achieved 3 things:

  • Support passionate cyclists to ensure they’re getting a personalised and timely service - no bullshit, no false promises

  • Create and nourish a cycling community where everyone feels involved and part of it, whether you’re obsessed with your PBs or just want to get to the best coffee and cake

  • Give back to cancer research and support by donating 10% of our profits every month to a different cancer charity

As bike lovers ourselves, we know what it’s like to struggle trusting others with our pride and joy. Our bikes are not just hobby horses - they’re our mode of transport, our weekend release and something we protect. So we don’t want to hand them over to just anyone.

Our approach is no-bullshit and no upselling. We’ll make it work for you and your needs. We’ll make recommendations for the best ride, in terms of safety and comfort, but we’ll also work to fit your budget and capabilities to get you back out on your wheels as soon as possible.
